Nathalie has taught yoga for 9 years, and is a continuously curious student of this ancient practice. She is constantly amazed by the human spirit and continues to share her journey as an inspiration for others to trust in theirs. She knows that each person has limitless potential if they are able to move towards the things that scare them most, and trust that practice and stillness are the staples of learning. She has studied extensively in Hatha, Power, Vinyasa and Iyengar traditions, and calls on these many influences to create her teachings. You can expect her classes to open you first through body and breath, in order to turn you towards your inner landscape. Some of her biggest inspirations are her closest relationships, her family, languages, the Canadian outdoors, long hikes, deep talks, music that makes your body move and moments that make you feel alive.
